Seiran Island is a perpetually tropical, isolated island.
Junnosuke Tachibana and his younger sister, Masaoto Tachibana returns to the island following the death of their parents.

However, Seiran Island is an island of madness. The enactment of “Perverted Ordinance” is passed to halt the population decline, in which it permits and encourages sexual acts anywhere on the island. Refusing these “procreative acts” will be met with a punishment equivalent to a crime.
